Our Guest Sports Handicapper for today is from Gentry or GMAN as he is more commonly called. Today GMAN is going to give us a Free Sports Total for Thursday. His total plays are only 3-2 the last week but for the year he is an impressive 15-7!!

Baltimore Orioles @ Los Angeles Angels Playing totals is my favorite thing to play when it comes to wagering in MLB. The best thing about total wagers in MLB is that most times you only have to lay -110, instead of the sometimes huge moneyline wagers. When playing totals love playing recent trends as more than any other sport they stay true to the numbers.

In today's game there are some super hot betting trends for these two teams. L.A. scored at least eight runs in seven of the last 15 games and in the other 8 games only three times have they been held under four runs. More good news for over bettors is Baltimore is horrible pitching on the road with a plus 4.00 ERA from there starters. Baltimore has played in over games 6 of last 8 games and only one time in that period did they play under 9 runs.

Both of these pitchers going today have been very up and down this year. For LAA Lackey will take the mound after two quality starts. In both of his starts he pitched over 105 pitches and think he is due for a short bad outing. Several times this year Lackey has not got our of the 5th inning getting tagged for 5 plus runs in each of those. Facing him today will be Guthrie who is downright horrible on the road. Only once this year has he allowed less than 3 runs on the road. Also in his last 7 road starts he has played over in 5 of those games.

If all of those pitching trends are not good enough for you look at the red hot bats of LAA as they are scoring in bunches. Maybe the MVP to this point of the season is Tori Hunter. Hunter has been on fire and rest of his team have started to join in as this team is averaging 6.2 runs in last 10 games. Today they will score at least 8 themselves and see no way how they can be stopped.
