Kansas State at Texas Tech 2/23/10: Breakdown and Free Winner

By: CTS Guest Capper     Date: Feb 23, 2010
Print Article

Super Tuesday brings us some huge college basketball games. Once again we have Guest Sports Handicapper Easy Eddie back to give his free play for Tuesday. A rough loss yesterday for Eddie as the Knicks just did not come to play but that still puts his plays at 11-4 over the past two weeks. Today Eddie turns to the Big 12 for his free play with Kansas State traveling to Texas Tech.

Oddsmakers have Kansas State -6 road favorite and the total at 157. These lines have been moving around so make sure you get the most up to date Betting lines and Totals at our Official Sportsbook BET JAMAICA.

Recent Betting Trends:

  • Home team is 10-2 ATS in the last 12 meetings.
  • KANST are 2-6 ATS in the last 8 meetings.
  • TXTCH are 8-2 ATS in their last 10 home games.
  • TXTCH are 5-15 ATS in their last 20 Tue. games.
  • Over is 37-17-2 in TXTCH last 56 overall.
  • Over is 7-2-1 in KANST last 10 road games.
  • KANST are 6-2-1 ATS in their last 9 road games.

Texas Tech +6: Tuesday's selection is going to be the Texas Tech Red Raiders as home underdogs against the Kansas State Wildcats. Texas Tech plays really well at home and holds a record of 13-3 in the United Spirit Arena. Kansas State gets a chance to avenge two of its three conference losses during a five-day stretch that starts later this week, so I believe that this game tonight is going to be a look ahead spot and the Red Raiders could pull off the upset. The Red Raiders are 6-1 ATS in their last 7 games as an underdog of 0.5-6.5 and the home team is 10-2 ATS in the last 12 meetings. The Wildcats are 2-6 ATS in the last 8 meetings and 0-6 ATS in the last 6 meetings in Texas Tech. I look for big games from Mike Singletary and John Roberson and this game to go to the wire with a possible outright victory. Take Texas Tech!
