Contrasting this is Volstad for the Marlins and his really bad run. Only one quality start in last four starts and even worse the Marlins have only won 2 of his last 10 starts. The saving grace for the Marlins has been some hot bats that have carried them over the last week. Pelfrey will have to be on top of his game today to keep FLA off the scoreboard. The Mets bats woke up late in game 2 of this series as they tied it up late but lost in extra frames. Look for that finish to continue today as Volstad continues his control issues.
