Who knew before the season that this week would see two undefeated teams. Well many could have predicted the Vikings but no one outside of the 49ers locker room could have predicted the early season success. Oddsmakers still aren't giving the 49ers much respect as Minnesota Vikings are -7 point favorite. Lets breakdown this match up and give out our free winner.

San Francisco 49ers have won two games by running the ball and playing great defense. The passing game has been absent in the two victories as they have only thrown for a total of 353 yards and only 1 TD. New head coach Mike Singletary want to win ugly but he has hinted that this week he might have to open up the offense to have any chance of winning. Minnesota has the best run stopping DT's in the league so SF will use a ton of play action and try and move the ball thru the air. Bad news for the 49ers as Hill is not an accurate passer and could spell key turnovers. On defense the 49ers have been very good but neither offense they faced could run the ball. This week Adrian Peterson will really test them and not sure if they can stop the run without giving up big plays off play action passes.

Get even more breakdown and predictions on this game from Handicapper Jimmy Boyd!

The Vikings come into this game as maybe the most impressive team after two games. Offensively they have finally found some other play makers than Adrian Peterson. Rookie Percy Harvin and old timer Brett Farve have been hooking up for some huge plays thru the air. If they can maintain this balance not sure any team can stop them from getting to the Super Bowl. Defensively the Vikings have absolutely shut the run game down. The pressure now goes to the offense to try and throw on long third down conversions which has created a bunch of Turnovers in the first two weeks.

Free NFL ATS Pick: Minnesota -7 This game comes down to the Minnesota defense taking away the only way SF can move the ball. No ground game spells turnovers and Minnesota will take advantage of short field all afternoon!
