Not many people had UCONN winning it all after they lost key guard Jerome Dyson. Don't look now they have not only recovered from his injury but are playing there best basketball of the season. Coach Calhoun is one of the best coaches at taking adversity and turning it into motivation. If one thing you can say about the UCONN program is they are fighters and they don't go down easy. Lets give a quick preview of UCONN's team and there chances in this years FINAL FOUR!!

Without a question this team is led by guard A.J. Price. He is the one player that this team can't do without. Price is averaging over 14 points and 4 assists per game. He is the one player and on this team that can get hot and carry this team to the National Championship. As good as UCONN is if they want to win it all Price must score and be very involved creating scoring chance for his team.

When you say UCONN basketball the first thing that always has came to mind is all the big men they have produced. This team is no different. With two of the most dominating big men in all of basketball they can change the game with great defense and solid offensive rebounding. Jeff Adrian and Hasheem Thabeet will need to stay out of foul trouble for this team to win it all in this years final four. Neither will be flashy but between the two of them they dominate the paint on both ends of the floor.

When you look back at all the recent National Championship teams they all had solid role players that really step forward in the Final Four. This UCONN team is not extremely deep but two players that can really step up are: Stanley Robinson and Kimba Walker. Both have played very well in the last 3 weeks and will need it to continue if they are going to challenge in this years Final Four.

UCONN and Coach Calhoun are trying to bring the third National Championship home to Storrs, Connecticut in the last 10 years. Oddsmakers have this years team as the second favorite at +250 to bring home the Championship. Not bad value for a team that is 31-4 overall and 15-14 against the spread. If you like this team you really must love the value you are getting to bring home the trophy in this years Final Four.
