Also, dating back to the regular season, that run extends to a perfect 8-0 when off a defeat by a multiple run margin. After a 4-2 loss in Game 5, and knowing that these teams have alternated wins and losses throughout this World Series, I have no hesitation in backing Blake Snell and the Rays in this one. Snell helped lead them to a win in Game 2 and threw the ball very well with 9 strikeouts in less than 5 innings of work. Also, the Dodgers are going with a bullpen game here. In my opinion, the Rays bullpen has been the much better pen and LA head coach Dave Roberts often changes guys out too quickly. This is particularly true when you consider the Dodgers don't have as much quality bullpen depth as the Rays do in my opinion. Last, but certainly not least, the projected starter for the Dodgers (Tony Gonsolin) has ugly numbers in this post-season and also is unlikely to go more than an inning or two.
